MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Welcome to SKAL OSAKA.

SKAL International was founded in 1934, and as of today, SKAL International has a professional network of almost 14,000 members in more than 340 clubs in over 100 countries. – figures as of June 2020. SKAL Osaka was established in 1967, one of the three Japanese SKAL clubs (Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka). All members from SKAL Osaka are leaders in tourism, hotels, airlines, airport, railways, and spa business.

As part of SKAL Osaka, it is our pleasure to promote the tourism industry in the Kansai area, the core location of Japanese history and culture. The Kansai region offers various entertainment activities for international and domestic visitors to enjoy and appreciate its values.

Today, we are facing an unprecedented challenge and a shared concern over the spread of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), especially those involved in travel-related business. However, I strongly believe that we can overcome this difficult time by putting together our wisdom and power.
